I consent that I am in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in the tournament. I understand participating in the tournament, I will engage in potential endeavors exemplified by, but not limited to, running, jumping, physical contact, etc. I understand and acknowledge that I may incur bodily injury while participating in the tournament, accordingly, I assume all risks inherited in my participation and accept full and complete responsibility for any injuries of any kind. I understand that this is a fund raiser of a noble non-profit organization and my opportunity to support the cause. I agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of the tournament and be respectful to my fellow players, referees, and organizers.
